The Owner Outreach Committee welcomes new owners and engages with current owners to ensure that their voices are heard. Committee Chair: Niki Ciulla, nikiciulla@bluff.coop

The Food Access Committee is working to help ensure that all members of our community have access to good food. We support food equity efforts in our community and food justice in the wider world. Committee Chair: Chris Phan ChristopherPhan@bluff.coop

The primary purpose of the Board Development Committee is to lead the Board’s strategic education and development work. Committee Chair: Ann Prochowicz annprochowicz@bluff.coop

The Finance Committee serves as advisors to the General Manager on issues related to the financial health of the Co-op. The Finance Committee has responsibility for coordination of the preferred shares campaign, presenting financial information to owners at the annual meeting, and ensuring financial literacy among board members. Board Policies
Bluff Country Co-op’s Board of Directors uses policy governance to frame their operations and decision-making. The Board regularly reviews and updates the policies in Bluff Country Co-op’s Policy Register.
Additionally, the Board ensures that the Co-op is operating according to our Articles of Incorporation, which is a legal operating agreement with the government, and our bylaws, which is an operating agreement with our owners.
