Bluff Country Co-op has recently received a loan from the Winona County Economic Development Authority (EDA) to assist with the store’s expansion costs and help improve the store’s visibility.

According to their website, The Winona County EDA strives to improve the quality of life for Winona County residents by building a “strong, diversified and sustainable economy.” EDA aims to do this by using the Winona County Revolving Loan Fund to make loans available to businesses and organizations that share that goal. The Revolving Loan Fund is from a grant from the State of Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development Minnesota Investment Fund.
