Lacto-Fermentation 101 Class
Learn the art and history of lacto-fermentation with the folks from Fizzeology Foods of Viroqua, WI. Participants will get to make one jar to take home and learn so much more. Join us for this exciting beginner’s class!
**Please Note: Each student will need to bring 1 large bowl, 1 cutting board, and 1 knife to class. All other materials will be provided.
