Intro to Brewing Kombucha

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at brewing kombucha at home, but aren’t sure where to begin? Please join us for this exciting beginner’s kombucha brewing class! Co-owner/Founder Matthew Jewison of Kowabucha Kombucha (@kowabucha.kombucha), based in Rochester, MN, will join us at BCC, in the Community Room, to teach a class on the thrilling art of brewing Kombucha.  As part of the experience, each student will brew and take home 1 gallon of kombucha, along with the materials to continue brewing on their own.

Cost: $10 per student.
