Making Fresh Cheese Two Ways
June 18 @ 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
| $25Join us in making two of the fastest fresh cheese options in one class! For one option, we will learn how to make Farmer’s Cheese. This cheese has a fresh, soft curd and a wide variety of finishing options, and can be served sweet or savory. As part of the class, each attendee will get to take home a container of this cheese to enjoy. The other cheese option we will make during our time together is an all-natural, Velveeta-like variety. Learn how to create a homemade and healthier version of a childhood favorite that you can feel good about sharing with your friends and family. This cheese will be served fresh and warm in class with tortilla chips.
