Japanese Noodles Cooking Class

| $15Curious about somen, udon or soba noodles and what makes them so popular? In this class we will be cooking, sampling and comparing three different types of Japanese noodles. You will learn the differences between them, what dishes they are most often used in and taste their unique flavors and textures in this class with Akebono.

10:30 am – 12:30 pm
$15 per person. Akebono is from Japan and is volunteering to teach this class. The fee covers the cost of ingredients.
