There are 3 open seats on the Board of Directors beginning in 2024 and there are 5 candidates running for the Board. View the Board candidates below. Voting will begin on Nov. 4 and close on Nov. 18. Owners can vote in person at the meeting, or online. Paper ballots will also be available at the store.

Fueling Our Bodies – A Runner’s Perspective on Nutrition and Eating for Better Health
As we head into the shorter, darker days of winter, as well as the upcoming holiday season of endless entertaining, Bluff Country Co-op Owner Isaiah Warning will share with us his Food Story. This is a story of fueling a runner’s body for enduring long hours and many miles of training, but it’s more than that. It’s a chance to create building blocks for your own personal journey of health, wellness, and good nutrition. Isaiah will share with us his successes and challenges in finding a balance of energy in vs energy out, and how to spark a new interest in food as fuel. He will share some of his go-to recipes and we will be able to sample some of these at the meeting. Isaiah’s enthusiasm will motivate us to reevaluate our habits, both good and bad, and perhaps find some new strategies to maintain or improve our physical and mental well-being.
