Vegan\, Vegetarian\, & Gluten-free friendly.  Akebono is from Japan and volunteers to teach classes with Bluff Country Co-op. The cost of the class is $20\, which covers ingredients. \nSaturday\, March 15\n10:30 am – 12:30 pm\nCo-op Community Room\nCost: $20 \nSpace is limited to 20 participants. DESCRIPTION:Plan to stop by the store to visit with Eric from Hidden Stream Farm! \nIf you have been curious about their fresh hams\, now is your chance to get a taste and meet the farmer. \nWe will be sharing samples of their ham\, which is available by pre-order\, just in time for Easter or any springtime celebration. Hidden Stream Farm raises their pork in a deep-bedded system\, with feed grown right on their farm\, which does not contain GMOs\, hormones or antibiotics. Eric will be able to tell you more about their regenerative practices and the making of their fresh hams.
