DESCRIPTION:Have an over abundance of garden starts\, tools\, or seeds?  Bring your surplus to the co-op and share it with your neighbors during our Plant and Seed Swap! \nIf you have houseplants or outdoor perennials that need to be thinned or divided\, bring them too! From starts to cuttings\, houseplants to seeds\, books\, tools\, & bulbs: everything plant and garden-related is welcome at this swap. To help everyone out\, please label your plants and/or seeds with a name (common or botanical). This event is open to all. Plan to stop by even if you don’t have something to bring. Everyone interested in plants or seedlings is encouraged to attend and take something home\, free of charge. \n*Early\, non-perishable donations may be dropped off at BCC between May 10\, 2026-May 15\, 2026.  Donations may be left in the designated groccery cart at our services desk.* \nRemaining plants\, seeds\, or tools will be donated locally. This includes shorts\, dresses\, shoes\, sandals\, and warm-weather accessories\, too! Share what you no longer want and check out the selection to find something new. Our clothing swaps are held in an open-house style. All are welcome to stop by and browse\, regardless of whether they have brought something or not. DESCRIPTION:Join us in making two of the fastest fresh cheese options in one class!  For one option\, we will learn how to make Farmer’s Cheese. This cheese has a fresh\, soft curd and a wide variety of finishing options\, and can be served sweet or savory. As part of the class\, each attendee will get to take home a container of this cheese to enjoy.  The other cheese option we will make during our time together is an all-natural\, Velveeta-like variety.  Learn how to create a homemade and healthier version of a childhood favorite that you can feel good about sharing with your friends and family. This cheese will be served fresh and warm in class with tortilla chips.\n\nThursday\, June 18\, 2026 \n6:00 pm – 7:30 pm \nCost: $25 cash per student. \nSarah Miles is a niche farmer in Winona County\, working to make traditional farming knowledge and goods relevant and accessible in a changing world.
