DESCRIPTION:During this cooking class\, we will be making the most popular Christmas cake in Japan.  Chef Akebono will pre-bake the cake\, and we will decorate it in class. This class is perfect for kids to participate in\, too! \n\n\nSaturday\, December 12\, 2026\n11:00 am – 1:00 pm\nCost: $15 per person\n\nYour class fee covers the cost of your meal & ingredients.\nAkebono is a talented chef from Japan who volunteers to teach cooking classes at BCC.\n\n\n\n\nAll are welcome\, but space is limited.
