SUMMARY:Intro. to Brewing Kombucha
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wanted to try your hand at brewing kombucha at home\, but aren’t sure where to begin? Please join us for this exciting beginner’s kombucha brewing class! Co-owners/Founders Matt & Mark of Kowabucha Kombucha (@kowabucha.kombucha)\, based in Rochester\, MN\, will join us at BCC\, in the Community Room\, to teach a class on the thrilling art of brewing Kombucha.  As part of the experience\, each student will brew and take home 1 gallon of kombucha\, along with the materials to continue brewing on their own. \nSaturday\, November 7 \n10:00 am – 12:00 pm \nCost: $10 per student.                                                                                                                     \nAdmission to this class is FREE for any co-op member owner as part of BCC’s ‘Owner Appreciation Week’ \nCo-owners/Co-Founders Matt & Mark (@kowabucha.kombucha) are volunteering their talent and time to teach this class.
