SUMMARY:Fermentation 101 Class
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wanted to try your hand at fermenting food\, but felt intimidated? Please join us for this exciting beginner’s fermentation class! The wonderful folks from Fizzeology Foods will be leading us in the art and history of fermentation. Participants will get to make one jar to take home and learn so much more! \n\n\nSaturday\, November 8\n10:00 am – 12:00 pm\n\nCost: $10 per non-owner or FREE to all co-op owners as part of our ‘Owner Appreciation Week’. The instructor(s) for this class are culinary experts from the Fizzeology Foods Team in Viroqua\, WI and have volunteered to teach this class. The fee covers the cost of ingredients and student materials.  Space is limited\, so please RSVP early by calling the store: (507) 452-1815 or email: outreach@bluff.coop\n\n\n\n**Note: Each student will need to bring 1 large bowl\, 1 cutting board\, and 1 knife to class.  All other materials will be provided.
