DESCRIPTION:Come learn how to make Nori Maki – a tasty\, healthy snack of rice wrapped in seaweed and Japanese traditional Miso soup. Vegan\, Vegetarian\, & Gluten-free friendly.  Akebono is from Japan and volunteers to teach classes with Bluff Country Co-op. The cost of the class is $20\, which covers ingredients. \nSaturday\, March 15\n10:30 am – 12:30 pm\nCo-op Community Room\nCost: $20 \nSpace is limited to 20 participants.
