I LOVE FOOD

Kids invited!

Kids love food - let's play with it today! In this class designed for kids age 5 to 10, we'll learn about different kinds of fruits and vegetables, talk about where food comes from, and make a healthy snack to take home. Bring in the kids while you do some shopping, and everyone will go home with good food. Pre-registration is required, but the class is free! Led by Liz Haywood.

Local Food Expo

COOKING WITH GREENS

Mike Leutgeb-Munson will share his knowledge of cooking with greens: kale, spinach, chard, collards, and mustard greens. This class is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required.

SIMPLE SPRING SOUPS
April 6, 6 pm

Co-op Deli Chef Julie Reed will lead this class cooking delightful spring soups. Class size is limited to 8, so sign up early. This class is free and open to the public.
