This class will meet with Co-op Body Care Buyer Carol Meyer to learn the truth behind the ingredients label. Participants will also receive resources for staying informed in the future (and a free sample or two).

Gluten-free Grocery Tours
Tuesday, July 13
6 pm

Let us show you the wide variety of foods available at the Co-op for people who are gluten-intolerant. During our tour we'll sample several of the food options, and participants will be encouraged to share your thoughts about eating well within the gluten-free guidelines.
